The instructional staff of The HillSprings Learning Center currently consists of eight IMSLEC (International Multisensory Language Education Council) certified teachers who have undergone rigorous training to master The Hill Center research based methodology . In 2001, The Hill Center program was given the "Exemplary Learning Disability Program Award" from the Council for Exceptional Children, Division of Learning Disabilities.

HillSprings Teacher Qualifications

Master's degree in learning disabilities, reading, literacy, mild exceptionalities

Bachelor's degree with certification or course work in teaching students with learning disabilities

Content specialist (English, Writing, Math) with course work in working with exceptional children

Specialized training in multi-sensory structured language such as, Orton Gillingham, Wilson, Lindamood-Bell, Language!, etc.
